Pay Rate: $31.99 to 39.98/Hr

Our Client is a Global Medical Device Manufacturer.

Need local candidates to work onsite.

We are looking for an Associate Supply Chain Analyst.

Purchasing experience in a medical device manufacturing environment - highly preferred

Assess and ensure the compliance of Plants, and with all government import or export laws within assigned countries and regions.

  • Execute processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) and may provide recommendations for updates for applicable Supply Chain functions
  • Collaborate with departments (such as sales, marketing, etc.) in order to assess needs and perform actions required, across the entire supply chain continuum (e.g., plan, source, make and deliver) seeking to manage product flow including issues with limited scope.
  • Assess global plants to ensure cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities to meet requirements in collaboration with team members; identify and resolve supply chain issues
  • Perform routine analysis to improve supply chain operations.
  • Execute supply chain-related projects (e.g., LCM - Life Cycle Management, Product Obsolescence).
  • Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership.
  • General supply chain analysis
  • SQL experience (a plus)

Skills:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, graphs, pivot tables, report dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience with Global Supply Chain and Quality systems (JDE and JDA preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams

Additional Skills:

  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., JDE) preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to local and global supply chains including FDA and ISO laws and regulations applicable to the medical device industry
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor, other team members in the section or group, and vendors/suppliers
  • Please adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations or related field, 1 Year of previous related experience Required.
  • Med device industry experience is a plus but open to other regulated industries.
  • The internship experience is fine as long as it is related to experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
