The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Associate Director, Supply Chain Quality

RTX Corporate Quality and Compliance is looking for an Associate Director, Supply Chain Quality to join the team. They will be leading the Supplier Quality Working Group, responsible for driving the Quality Strategy and direction for Supplier Quality. Key responsibilities will include establishing and implementing strategic plans for systemic issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiencies of Supplier Quality processes through common core processes, tools and Corporate Policies
  • Partner with SBU and RTX Supply Chain Business Leaders and senior customers
  • Establish a systemic process to review Supply Chain issues, building initiatives across the enterprise
  • Lead Inspection and supplier evaluation processes across the enterprise
  • Lead Supplier Corrective Actions process
  • Manage RTX Supplier quality rating and facilitate collaboration of metric development
  • Leading RTX interaction with industry customer, suppliers and program leadership
  • Success will require business collaboration for common development and deployment of core processes, tools, Corporate Policies, standardized certification processes and training.
  • Success will be measured through communication and adoption across all businesses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years prior experience.
  • Individual must have a broad quality, supplier quality and engineering background, understand RTX and competitor capabilities, and be able to work effectively and develop relationships across RTX as well as senior customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • ASQ or MACP equivalent

The salary range for this role is $129,000.00 to $265,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
