WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Associate Manager, PR, Influencer and Entertainment Marketing will support the development and implementation of initiatives that drive the company’s brands in culture. This role will sit within the Cultural Integrations team, which is a Media Center of Excellence designed to support influencer, PR, and talent activities; and will coordinate the development of those programs with brand teams, agencies, and cross functional partners. They will be accountable for programs and tactics that drive earned media, social conversation, and overall cultural impact. This role will support a range of iconic consumer brands within the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio.

Position Responsibilities
- Work with the broader Cultural Integration team in the strategic development and implementation of brand communications and public relations programs at KDP with the goal of generating relevant brand coverage and conversations.
- Manage and oversee agency and team budgets – and drive integrated planning.
- Set KPIs and goals to align with team, company, and brand objectives.
- Serve as a strategic counselor on communications, influencer, and entertainment strategy.
- Develop entertainment and influencer recommendations including Talent ID, recommendations, and potential negotiations.
- Manage PR activities including but not excluded to media pitch development, narrative development, media target review, and analysis and media outreach.
- Coordinate with corporate communications on reputational work and crisis communications.
- Working with agency partners and internal media and brand teams to develop coordinated programs and campaigns.
- In partnership with PR agency, manage all media monitoring including weekly leadership reporting, project based reporting, and live media alerts in key moments.
- Keep a pulse on what’s notable in the wellness, influencer, celebrity, lifestyle, and social media spaces and bring learnings and perspective to the broader team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Communications, Marketing Journalism or English or equivalent.
- 4-7 years of marketing communications, public relations, or relevant communications experience either at an agency or in-house. Experience in Entertainment or CPG a plus.
- Experience negotiating talent or influencer programs; and coordinating the delivery of those programs.
- Experience working with digital and social platforms; and someone who understands trends and media and how that will impact our marketing and communications activities.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions and results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines.
- Capacity to bring out-of-the-box thinking and excitement to experiment with unconventional approaches to PR and marketing.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Team player and self-starter; ability to build strong relations internally across functional areas and externally with vendors, suppliers, and other constituents.
- Commitment to company purpose and values.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
