Description

As a MRT Associate at Cloudmed, you will provide Cloudmed’s MRT solutions to our client organizations, as well as collaborating with peers and supervisors (Senior Associates) in providing those services as well. As noted, Cloudmed ensures that our Provider clients are properly reimbursed for the services they deliver to patients every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support algorithm research, development, and maintenance for the purpose of processing hospital data to uncover medical reporting inaccuracies that lead to underpayments;
• Mine, research, and identify treatment patterns to identify predictive indicators of care;
• Drive new discoveries and knowledge depth related to clinical focus areas, including medical coding, charge capture, billing and CDI practices;
• Conduct patient specific clinical documentation research to validate hospital reporting;
• Interact effectively with consulting teams to perform reviews, provide recommendations, and communicate project results for Cloudmed’s clients;
• Utilize Cloudmed and client software platforms to manage account information and workflow between internal departments and consulting teams;
• Continue to innovate Cloudmed review process through research, data analytics, and trending;
• Participate in Cloudmed’s recruiting and training programs, periodic teambuilding events, and socially responsible activities;
• Communicate regularly and effectively with Cloudmed’s upper management;

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including proficiency with Excel
