MVD Express is looking for an auditor for our offices in Montana.

The auditor will identify improper processes or documentation and research issues and make recommendations to senior management to improve policies or procedures accordingly. Must have knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures. Will rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and policies to perform the functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Auditing of financial cash handling and SOP procedures as implemented by the company
• Accurate documentation and timely follow up on each audit
• Must travel to remote locations outside of home base location as required
• Must understand and comply with all MVD policies and procedures and set a clear example of management responsibility and accountability
• Will audit financial processes for individual Agents and Managers on a scheduled basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines and policies.
• Will make recommendations to Senior Management on audit(s) for improvement/change
• All other duties as assigned

WHO ARE YOU?

You’re an excellent candidate for this position if you have the following:

• Knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
• Understanding of company SOP’s and policies
• Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and information
• Must be detail oriented, focused & possess multi-task capabilities
• Will work in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Managers on auditing processes
• Must Develop and Maintain an Organized System to Ensure Accuracy and Compliance
• Display excellent verbal communication with customers and co-workers
• Ability to work in a structured team environment

AND YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES…

• At least one to two years auditing experience

ALSO:

• You must be able to pass a criminal background check
• No DUI's
