Job description

Performance Auto Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate.

Job duties:

• Properly post documents, purchase orders, and invoices according to company procedures.
• Post invoices pertaining to parts statements

• Enter invoices into the computer system from vendors, checking that the payments have been authorized.
• Reconcile any accounts on the accounts payable schedule that cannot be verified by a vendor statement or invoices.
• Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with management team
• Must issue monthly payments to vendors on time to avoid late fees
• Prepare trend analysis with explanations on increase or decrease of expenses.

Job requirements

• Must have experience of working in the accounting office of a dealership
• Must have knowledge of accounts payable
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have good attention to detail and deadlines

Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred

Performance Automotive Group is an EOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Reynolds and Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Preferred)
