Auto Detail Manager Duties:

• Direct supervision of re-conditioners, detailers, and washer
• Ensure efficient workflow through the shop, including vehicle check-in, customer deliveries, and lot management
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and inventory of cleaning chemicals and other supplies
• Forecast detail requirements
• Manage inventory obsolescence
• Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager

Car Detail Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years previous automobile detail experience / reconditioning experience is required
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
