AUTOMOTIVE INTERNET SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Performance Auto Group is looking for an Enthusiastic and Dependable Individual to join our Business Development Internet Sales Center.

$600 Base pay plus bonuses

Internet Sales Representatives are responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet and phone.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to Internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
• Understand all products and services offered
• Make outbound calls and send email
• Generate sales appointments for the dealership
• Follow up with existing customers to create and confirm appointments
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers

Job requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Office Suite computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
