Rochester Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Assistant. Applicant must be able to work at a fast pace with minimal errors, multi-task, and be a dependable team player. Experience in an automotive environment is preferred.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for helping with accounts payables & receivables, scanning, filing, processing dealer trades, researching any anomalies on the schedules, helping with registrations and titles, and any other duties assigned by our Controller. The ideal candidate will be energetic and professional with a strong desire to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payables & Receivables
- Breaking down deals and sending the contracts to the banks with correct paperwork.
- Scanning & Filing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office is required - experience in a franchise Dealership preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Effective Communication Skills
- Must be dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
