Magic City Auto Group is seeking Automotive Service Advisors

We need energetic people with exceptional customer service skills that can work in a fast paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Meeting and Greeting the Customer

• Being able to communicate effectively with both the customer and the service technicians

• Analyze and recommend the type of service the customer may need based on the vehicles mileage, age and maintenance history

• Data entry skills

• Professional communication skills in person as well as on the phone

Dealership experience a plus.

• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background search, as well as have a clean driving record.
