Automotive Service Porter/Detailer

Mike Bass Ford is actively searching for an ambitious individual to join our Service Department as an Automotive Porter. As one of the largest Ford dealers in Northeast Ohio, our loyal customer base means that our service department experiences high volume. We take pride in serving our community and treating our customers like family.

Responsibility Summary

• Maintain lot appearance by aligning and positioning vehicles in an orderly manner
• Detail vehicles as requested
• Help keep our service facility clean and presentable to customers
• Assist with performing inspections of vehicles

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test are required
• Ability to lift as much as 50 lbs., be on your feet for extended periods of time, and capable of working in outdoor weather conditions (i.e., direct sunlight, rain, snow, heat, and cold).
