Back of House team members

Pay: up to $18.00 hr. depending on experience

Position Overview: Cook / Food Prep / Kitchen team members is responsible for organizing everything in advance and during service, to make the kitchen flow smoothly.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everythink else you need to know.

Daily life of a BOH team member

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Prepares menu items according to Mahana Fresh company recipe book
• Ensure rotation of all products and stocks products to par level, to ensure kitchen is not disrupted
• Helps complete assigned prep work, to stock and set up stations as necessary
• Clean and maintains kitchen area throughout shift
• Breaks down and cleans all stations at closing

What it takes

• Follow Food Safety and cleanliness Guidelines
• Friendly Personality, Team Player & “Can Do” Attitude
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Work safely with Kitchen Machinery (open flame grill, stove, slicer, etc.)
• Work safely with hot plates, pots, pans, sharp knives and utensils
• Availability to work within Opening hours (e.g., evening, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
