The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting – 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12-million-year-old boulder formations, Our Catering Team is seeking experienced and professional events and catering set up specialists to join our team!
The candidate will be responsible for the setup and breakdown of the events including but not limited to: tables, chairs, linens, bars and AV equipment. They must work with the catering team and the banquet captains to ensure guests' requests are fulfilled.

Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to push/pull cart with weights up to 300lbs
- Must be able to navigate many stairs
- Carry tables and chairs up stairways and inclines
- Flexible schedule
- Be able to communicate with events team regarding floor plans
- Always maintain professionalism in appearance and attitude
- Be able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Possess time management capability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Adapt and adjust easily to changes in set-ups and floor plans
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and early morning or late night
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift to 50lbs; push/pull carts with weight up to 300lbs
- Have your own reliable transportation
- Legal to work in US
- Previous set-up experience at a hotel or events venue preferred
