RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensures a consistent flow of services to guest and servers by assisting bartender with their job functions.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Stock garnishes and mixes, cuts fruit to specification and prepares all condiment caddies.
- Works as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance of all health and safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience in high volume restaurants.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must have a certified Food Handlers card and valid Responsible Beverage Service Training.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of classic bartending and technique.
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
