Established in 1995 as Miami's premier Cuban & American fusion restaurant, Havana Harry’s is a modern restaurant inspired by Cuban, Spanish, and Latin American cuisine served up with a delicious twist.

Havana Harry’s is hiring bartenders. These positions will help facilitate exceptional customer service and provide unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. These positions report directly to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet guest with a friendly attitude and a smile.
• Clean tables by i.e. removing dirty dishes, linens, silverware and glassware.
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Restock glassware, ice and beverage items in service and bar area.
• Polish, roll and prep silverware used in silverware roll-ups.
• Clear and clean all plates and glassware from tables and Guest dining areas.
• Reset tables in a timely manner to ensure all guests can be sat in a timely manager
• Other duties as assigned by Management staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior relevant experience is preferred.
• He or she must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred
• Good time management skills
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for all positions.
• High school diploma
• Preferred skills: basic math, excellent verbal communication
• Positive attitude
• Ability to speak and write English fluently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
