D-BAT Scottsdale is looking to hire instructors! D-BAT Scottsdale is a state of the art indoor baseball & softball training facility and Instructors will be an integral part of who we are. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working baseball instructors with expertise in hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, or all of the above. Instructors will have full access to the best facility in the area equipped with the latest technology & training tools.

We are looking for individuals who not only love the game, but have a passion for kids and for teaching them valuable life skills via baseball & softball. If you are not just looking for a job where you clock in and out, but would like to be invested in D-BAT athletes, then you are the type of person we are looking to hire.

This is a 1099 position. We are looking for both full & part time instructors.

Responsibilities:

• Train athletes of various ages and skills levels
• Be available to work camps & clinics
• Maintain the integrity and reputation of D-BAT with how you carry yourself while at D-BAT and in all interactions with D-BAT clients
• Respond appropriately & timely to clients needs, requests, and complaints
• Clearly communicate pertinent information to clients & if applicable to the clients parents

Qualifications:

• Great with kids
• Get along well with people
• Passion for the sport
• Responsible, great communicator, & hard worker
• Previous coaching experience is recommended but not a must
• Must be a former collegiate player and/or coach
• Must have either evening and/or weekend availability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
