Full Job Description:

The Instructor position at D-BAT Bothell is an hourly position that works to provide quality instruction to players of all levels from little league to the collegiate and professional levels.

Our ideal candidate is someone who would like to live out their passion by having a career providing baseball and/or softball instruction. Ideally this candidate is highly motivated, who loves the game, and has a desire to help baseball and softball players achieve their goals.

You must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and a desire to be challenged. D-BAT will provide you a state of the art location to build your business. This includes complimentary access to the latest technology (HitTrax, Rapsodo, etc.) in the industry. In addition D-BAT Bothell will provide the instructor access to industry leading scheduling software that is both user and instructor friendly that will allow the instructor to easily and efficiently run their business.

Job Functions:

• Develop a client base
• Work with D-BAT Bothell General Manager to obtain list of possible lesson leads and pursue those leads
• Make yourself available for promotional lessons, camps and clinics that will help you build your business
• Develop a tailored instructional plan for each and every client

Qualifications and Experience Fit:

• College or professional playing experience would be ideal but not required.
• Experience giving one on one lessons or coaching within a baseball camp environment

Compensation:

• Hourly pay with monthly bonuses
• Sign on bonuses are available for experienced and qualified candidates
• Additional opportunities may be available for part-time employment as a member of the facilities front desk staff

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
