Apprenticeship Program Summary

The Cultivate Apprenticeship Program is a complementary service offered to existing eligible employees (RBTs currently enrolled in BCBA coursework) where participants will receive the training and support necessary to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) working in the service delivery sector. Employees must apply and qualify to enter the apprenticeship program.

Cultivate’s Apprenticeship follows all guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to provide employees with the required supervision hours to qualify for certification. The program is in alignment with the BACB Task List and is based upon participant competency

Duties and Responsibilities

• Continue to work in existing position (RBT/ST1/ST2/ST3/BSS) and maintain good standing as an employee
• Attend school and demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and appropriate behavior
• Participate in all required training and supervision activities as outlined by the Apprenticeship Program Supervisors
• Participate in supervision activities in accordance with the BACB guidelines
• Conduct assessments while being supervised by a BCBA
• Design behavioral programs including performing research literature related to a patient's program
• Perform naturalistic observation
• Participate in staff and caregiver training
• Develop managerial and leadership skills on an ongoing basis
• Demonstrate a high level of engagement in company culture (i.e., a “culture champion”), including but not limited to robust understanding of Cultivate’s Mission and Culture
• Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
• Adhere to Cultivate policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
