CLA is currently searching for a Bookkeeper/Analyst to join our Outsourcing-Shared Service Center. This position can work 100% remote within the U.S.
CLA's Shared Service Center team provides a variety of accounting, financial and operational services for national clients.
The Bookkeeper/Analyst processes transactions, completes non-complex account reconciliations, and supports multiple clients' accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support a variety of accounting functions for clients, including; financial statements, bank reconciliations, completing sales tax returns, and more.
- Accounts Payable/Cash Disbursements Processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing, processing payroll tax returns and other bookkeeping services for clients.
- Complete non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, or CFO.
- Develop working knowledge of applicable software including Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, etc.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience processing accounting transactions, accounts payable, account reconciliations, cash disbursements, and supporting clients' accounting functions is strongly preferred.
- Associates degree in Accounting (or related field) is strongly preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered as a degree equivalent.

For Colorado, the range for this position is $40,000 - 50,000.
