Reporting to the President, you will help our business continue to thrive by ensuring we are paid on time and make on time payments, and that everyone has what they need in order to be happy and successful at work (accurate and current financial information, office supplies, and a caring culture).

What we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing:
- Leveraging your strength with numbers, attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and accounting experience to make and collect on time payments, reconcile accounts, close the books and provide financial reports from QuickBooks by the 5th of each month, manage benefits, taxes, enter payroll, finalize order tickets in LabelTraxx, and enter customer information into HubSpot CRM
- Ensuring the business runs smoothly by managing office supply inventory, safety, facility management, identifying ways for us to continually improve, and having the ownership mentality, solution mindedness, generosity of spirit, proactivity and follow through to fully implement those ideas in a timely and efficient manner
- Serving as Director of First Impressions and providing a phenomenal experience for customers by ensuring the phones are answered quickly, clients feel valued, and everyone who walks in the door feels welcome (either by a Receptionist you manage and/or you when they are not available)
- Nurturing the culture and ensuring everyone feels valued by organizing team events, birthday and milestone recognition, etc.
- Demonstrating our values, mission, a sense of urgency, as well as direct and professional communication in all you do
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
- Authorization to work in the US
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role with vendor and customer interaction, and ideally with office management experience
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software
- Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Experience with Business Management Software e.g. Label Traxx, and/or CRMs e.g. HubSpot a plus
