Our organization is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to maintain accurate records and reports. Additionally, the Bookkeeper should be able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable/receivable
• Bank account reconciliation
• Sales and Food & Beverage Tax
• Payroll Administration
• Update financial data to ensure information will be accurate and immediately available
• Prepare weekly sales reports
• Month-end journal entries and closing
• Backup for general office responsibilities in absence of Accounting Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
