Encompass Job description for Branch Manager

The Self-Producing Mortgage Lending Branch Manager for heavy retail purchase loans and more, this position will oversee all branch activities' efficient and profitable operation and report all financial and operational information to company management so that we can help partner with you to ensure you have all the marketing, CRM, and other tools necessary to maintain steady growth. Encompass has partnered with Fathom Reality with over 10,000 agents, and we can help build your book of Business and help your MLO team increase their production. We have good leads coming in and want to bring on Branch Managers who wish to take their Business to the next level. You will be impressed with the numbers, support, and ways we partner with you.

Responsibilities

• · Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management.
• · You would identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• · Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch.
• · Hire and train all employees.
• Qualifications
• · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
• · Self-Generated Business seeking partnership with our company and how we can add a business to your book of Business.
• · 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in the mortgage industry.
• · Experience hiring and training individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
