The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Brand Success, our Brand Success Associate will help manage brand relations and strategy for our digital, live shopping venture. The brands we work with are more than just vendors to us and you will help enhance their experience by onboarding them and maintaining relationships once live. You will also combine insights from a broad array of inputs (view and purchase data, brand feedback) and guide progress.
As an important member within the commercial team, you will support our Manager, Brand Success, in developing our brand management strategy. Leaning into your expertise and using our outside partners, you will summarize market research and create our initial approach to provide support for brands to view us as a partner and be successful on our platform.

Your Impact
  • Support Manager, Brand Success in the development of the brand experience strategy for our new platform, and our post-brand acquisition communications
  • Support brands to ensure we are helping meet their needs and facilitate content production and sales
  • Assist brands through their onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience with the platform
  • Expand our product offering through management and expansion of brand relations by bringing their new products to the platform
  • Develop brand management account best practices and share learning with teams
  • Consolidate feedback from brands that guide our content creation and brand attraction strategies
  • Provide feedback to product team to help them refine platform onboarding features
  • Conduct quantitative analysis on customer data, usage and health metrics to identify successful brands and brands at risk; combine findings and communicate with the team
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a business administration, sales, or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Work experience as an Account Manager or similar role is a bonus
  • Knowledge of the retail, e-commerce and video commerce industry
  • Experience conducting in-depth conversations with brands to understand their experience with our platform and feedback
  • Experience combining insights from usage/purchase data and feedback from brands
  • Work with Brand Success Manager to coordinate daily relationships with brands
  • Experience speaking with internal team and important brand partners and encouraging deep relationships
  • Passion to find new solutions and guide out of the box ideas – loves and embraces change
  • Experience collaborating, being a team player, and individual contributor
  • Ability to independently push the solution and progress with guidance from Brand Success Manager
Candidates looking for an exciting start-up environment and growth opportunities with significant earning potential - based on the success of the new organization - this is the company for you! Our compensation package is a competitive combination of base salary, short-term annual bonus, long-term cash-based incentives and a Founder's Bonus for initial team members. Base salary for this role ranges from $75,000-$85,000 plus the strong annual and long-term variable incentives noted. Salary ranges are general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and geographic location as well as business and market conditions. This compensation package provides significant rewards to the candidate over-time based on company performance and personal success.
