Clinician, Youth Basketball
Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy is seeking a Youth Basketball Coach who will be responsible for leading on-court basketball instruction for youth ages 6-17.
- Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy
- Support Sr. Clinician with on-court basketball drills and games at Academy programming
- Teach and demonstrate skills and techniques vital for individual and team development
- Interact thoroughly and patiently with children, fellow clinicians and parents
- Drive engagement for local community members and basketball leagues
- Build awareness and attention to the Basketball Academy brand
- Build relationships with basketball community that will help expand the brand
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of youth development & basketball coaching experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Full understanding of basketball rules
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Highly communicative, excellent verbal skills
- Must have a flexible schedule and have availability during weekends and holidays as needed
Salary Range
$25.89 -$27.88/hr
