Your Job
Support the strategy and product development vision for Networking Segment with the Global automotive industry. Work with program management, product management, engineering, demand plan, manufacturing, and sales to provide customer specific solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible for consolidating, controlling, organizing, reporting implementation cost referring to customer change request (CR). Collaborate and establish open line of communication with supply and customer planning and bring their inputs to Change Management. Support the GS&OP leader to reduce the S&E in final good and raw material. Responsible for understanding and reporting the key financial drivers and assumptions for individual programs, communicating when programs are off target and leading collaborative efforts to bring the projects back to plan financially.

• Participate in quoting efforts:
• • Consolidate the all-implementation cost referring to change management.
  • Create phase in/out plan to part number changes (ref PN and replacement PN).
  • Breakdown the costs and quote to Product Management for decision.
  • Track program financials and support program milestones
  • Certify the CFT follow and feed accordingly the change management tools and data base (PTA and NTW Mart)
  • Cross best practices across regions and support to standardize.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics.
  • Play a leadership role in modeling the benefits of cost improvement ideas, change management delta price strategy (profit enhancement).
• Reports
• • Generating reports to track the change management.
  • Created the EOL data analysis to identify the declining trends, track and inform the areas to avoid S&O (cost avoidance)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Desirable bachelor’s degree Finance, Business, Engineering.

• +7 years’ experience in the automotive or similar industry
• • Desirable Experience in Supply Chain and/or demand plan
  • Desirable to have experience in products where the costs for mechanical components, electrical/electronic components.
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• SAP skills
• Working with cross functional teams globally
