This position is with the Anton R Williams Renewable Energy Company of Tampa FL which is a subsidiary of the Anton Robert Williams Holding Company of Kalamazoo MI

Business Operations Associate

(full time, part time) Flexible Hours (5 to 30 per week) (Hybrid, Remote, In Person)

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Run data analysis on procurement (sourcing), purchasing, logistics, transportation, inventory management, outbound distribution and customer service
• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• work with third party logistics and purchasing vendors to ensure proper product is bought and delivered
• Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
• Sending update emails frequently to update parties
• General Data Entry

A successful candidate must possess the following traits / skills:

• Must be currently enrolled at a college or university
• Computer proficiency (40 WPM+ typing, familiarity and speed with basic Windows app)
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependability
• Great work ethic

Pay: $31.00 - $42.00 per hour
