The Charlotte office of Equitable Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented/multi-tasking Operations Coordinator. This individual will be the key person to support the office with operational tasks and miscellaneous day to day needs and will need to be open to learning new things and owning their role. This person will report directly to the Carolinas Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk coverage
- Submitting Level 1 tickets
- Setting up and troubleshooting printer issues
- Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
- Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance
- New Business follow up
- CRM follow up and leads
- Order pantry and office supplies
- Stock copiers/fax machines
- Conference Room, Technology and Branch Network Troubleshooting
- Device and security management
- New advisor technology set-up consisting of establishing and resetting passwords, allowing new advisor to gain access to Equitable systems and Mobile device enrollment
The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$66,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Data Integrity: Knowledge of objectives, terminologies, and approaches of data integrity; ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in various business environments.
Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
