Allied Stone is seeking a Cabinet Service Technician to support their customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

We are seeking an experienced technician with prior cabinetry experience to service and repair damaged products in customers’ homes.

Job Duties:

• Perform service or warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements as needed to satisfy customer requirements
• Repair, replace, adjust, or install cabinets
• Determine the extent of a warranty or service issue
• Develop knowledge of Allied Stone’s products and services
• Experience with electronic power tools
• Keep work area clean and free of hazards
• Represent Allied Stone’s commitment to customer satisfaction, product quality, and excellent customer service

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years cabinetry installation and/or repair experience required
• Possesses strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong orientation towards quality
• The ability to act as a team player
• Sound reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High regard for safety and cleanliness
• Bi-lingual skills helpful (English & Spanish)

Physical Demands of Position:

• Must be able to safely carry, lift, and move 75lbs or more on a regular, frequent, repetitive basis
• Must be able to stand, squat, or otherwise situate self to work on cabinets for long periods of time

Working Conditions:

• Construction atmosphere in all types of weather conditions
• Significant travel to work sites is required
• Occasional weekend or evening work is required as needed.

Must be able to pass background check and Motor Vehicle Report.
