JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer service team members provide patients with white-glove customer service and strive for first call resolution. They diligently fulfill the following tasks and responsibilities:
· Field customer inquiries via phone
· Process client requests within the company’s CRM with accuracy and promptness
· Document, troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer concerns and grievances with compassion and skill
· Assist and retain clients looking to cancel services by de-escalating and offering solutions
· Use discernment to escalate or direct client inquiries to management when necessary
· Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of the company’s products and services
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be an adaptable self-starter with a positive mindset. They should be a positive team player who possesses the following attributes and skills:
· Excellent listening and communication skills
· Patience and compassion
· Attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills to help quickly build rapport with clients and coworkers
· A high-school diploma or equivalent
· Computer proficiency, with the ability to utilize multiple screens and programs
· Exceptional problem solving skills
· The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
· Call center experience
