Remedy Intelligent Staffing seeking a Call Center Representative for a non-profit organization in Honolulu! This position will be primarily a remote (work from home) opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Answering phone calls from general public
• Transfer calls to appropriate department and provide information to the callers
• Support various departments
• Assist with overall customer service
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to be detail-oriented

Pay: $15 per hour, depending on experience
