Busy urology practice seeking a full-time call center representative - Triage nurse
Ability to multi task is a must.
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical practice. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Day to day duties will include answering a multi-line telephone system, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
Qualifications
· Urology experience required
· eCW experience preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
