POSITION: Cultivation Specialist

This is a labor intensive introductory position. As we are a small company, the below duties are listed to help inform you of the job, and are not all inclusive.

• Cleaning Tasks
• Watering
• Pruning
• Filling pots with dirt, transplant
• Mixing nutrients
• Waste destruction
• Cleaning grow rooms
• Harvesting
• "Knockdown" buds off of stem
• Assisting cultivation management in other areas

You will be part of a highly productive team responsible for managing a perpetual harvest cycle. While we are seeking individuals with experience, your openness to learning and using our cultivation methods is important. We expect many individuals to apply for this position. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year+ garden experience or equivalent. Experience in a teamwork environment. Must be reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Positive, can-do attitude, team player with a strong work ethic. Able to lift 30+ pounds on a regular basis. Must be 21 years of age. Must pass criminal background check. Valid Washington State driver's license (or the ability to obtain one).'
