Our Rent-A-Car organization is currently seeking a Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will manage workflow. It involves managing the team, creating tasks and overseeing the tasks to be completed in a timely manner. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process and ensuring that team members are meeting all goals.

Listed below are some of the responsibiliest of the Production Supervisor:

-Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

-Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

-Oversee and coach employees

-Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

-Check production output according to specifications

-Submit reports on performance and progress

-Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

-Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

-Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements and skills:

-Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

-Organizational and leadership abilities

-Communication and interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

-Problem-solving skills

-High School Diploma; Degree in a management or relevant field will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
