What You'll Be Doing:
At Tandem, our caregivers work as a team in their assigned territories. You'll provide care to multiple clients each day, similar to how services are provided in an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a variety of homes and with clients who have different levels of care needs.

You will be helping our clients with their activities of daily living, including mobility & transfer assistance, personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting), household support (laundry, changing bed linens, taking out the garbage and other various housekeeping duties), lifestyle support (exercise and activity assistance, medication reminders, pet care, errands and transportation) and more!

Role Requirements

• You are an active Home Care Aid registered in California.
• You are fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in private home care, assisted living, a skilled nursing facility, or a hospital setting.
• You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle to use on a daily basis, and auto insurance.
• You are passionate about caregiving and helping seniors.
• You are comfortable using technology to track and record day-to-day tasks.
• You are comfortable working with pets.
• You are comfortable working with all types of clients with varying care needs.
• You can communicate clearly and effectively with clients with a positive attitude and strong social skills.
• You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
