ILS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fingerprint clearance
• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test
• Acceptable DMV record
• Driver License
• Working Vehicle, Auto insurance
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through Independent Living Services. We walk beside our clients offering life skills instruction and mentorship. Every client’s needs are unique to them and our teams work together to ensure each client receives the exact services they need.

The Independent Living Services Manager's (ILSM) mission is to ensure quality Individualized Services to all people we serve. They manage a team of Life Coaches who work in the field with clients who need ILS support. Part of their hours will be in the field working one on one with clients as well.

JOB DETAILS:
The rate of pay is $20-$22/hour based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
