Job description

We are seeking for upstanding, energetic individuals to join our team. We need someone with excellent comminication skills. Must be able to effectively laise with a range of customers and people from various backgrounds, and confidently engage with cultural diverse customer base. We are requesting that you handle our customers with kindness and professionalism. Must be able to handle working in a fast paced environment,prior experienced is preferred.

• Welcom customers and help determine their orders
• Process customer orders in the restaurant database
• Relay customers orders to the kitchen staff
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the cutomers in a timely manner.
• Accept cash and return the correct change
• Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and the end of each work shift.
• Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes
• Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions
• Answer the phone and place orders
• Clean and arrange eating service and kitchen spaces
• Help kitchen staff when needed
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good mathematical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
