Job Purpose
The Catalog Librarian facilitates discovery and access to the library’s physical and electronic collections by creating, maintaining, and enhancing bibliographic metadata in Chastek Law Library’s integrated library system and discovery platform. This position also manages government documents receiving, and physical processing of library materials.
This position insures efficient and timely discovery of library resources by law library patrons through accurate application of current national and international cataloging/metadata standards
and practices.
