Dermatology practice in Chevy Chase, MD is in need of a Certified Medical Assistant for permanent full time employment, employer immediate hire. You will work with the esteemed physicians in a high volume, fast paced private practice. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., no nights or weekends!

Duties of the Certified Medical Assistant:

• Assisting providers with rooming patients.
• Assisting in any and all procedures.
• Scribing for examinations.
• Taking vitals.
• Cleaning rooms and instruments.
• Bandaging
• Providing patient education.
• Various administrative tasks.

Education, Skills and Experience Required for the Certified Medical Assistant:

• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant
• BLS Certification Required, knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards are a plus
• One or more years Medical Assisting experience required, Dermatology experience a plus.
• Be a fast worker and quick learner open to new learning techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
