We are currently seeking candidates for the Channel Agent Associate position at Granite Telecommunications, located in Quincy, MA. This is an entry-level job opportunity best suited for a hard-working individual who is organized, a quick learner, and highly motivated. The Channels department can be fast-paced, we are looking for a team player who is interested in learning new skills and developing their career!
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Basic knowledge of Excel and a willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple time-sensitive projects
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve Channel agent commission inquiries
- Establish and maintain communication with agents to keep them updated on the status of their requests
- Develop and validate data sets for analysis
- Work with Channel sales team on internal commissions
- Aggregate all relevant commission information for supervisors
- Maintain sales and agent reporting
