System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for a powerhouse leader to help guide our development in the role of Chief Growth Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this position will be a key part of our leadership team who will drive our national expansion plans


As Chief Growth Officer, you’ll orchestrate firm growth initiatives across recruiting, training, marketing, and sales. You’ll work closely with the CEO to develop and execute on our growth vision as you help extend System Pavers’ position as the largest outdoor living home services platform in the world.

About You


  • 15+ Years’ Experience: You have an established record of success, with experience preferably in consulting, new market development and/or franchise development.

  • Persuasive Leader: Leading new teams is second nature for you, with world class presentation and pitching capabilities to team members across all levels our organization.

  • Growth Focused: You’re confident working in new environments and understand regional nuances as you help extend our corporate culture and drive growth quickly.

  • Master Relationship Builder: You are skilled at building strong, authentic relationships with both internal and externals constituents and your references will support this point.

  • Creative and Strategic Thinker: You are a nimble thinker who can solve complex issues as you help put the company’s best foot forward and improve our chances of succeeding and dominating in all situations.

Chief Growth Officer Responsibilities:


  • Developing and managing a team that will analyze and prioritize new expansion markets nationwide
  • Developing and refining a playbook to enter new markets efficiently, consistently, and successfully
  • Increasing the number of new market launches on an annual basis
  • Working with the recruiting team to develop and execute on a plan to hire foundational staff that help ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Full P&L responsibility for new markets during the initial launch phase
  • Transition new markets into the existing regional management infrastructure for ongoing operations
