Position Summary: The circulator is a self-motivated professional who performs many tasks to ensure procedures run smoothly for the provider and comfortably for the patient. The circulator will follow the patient through all stages of the procedure. The circulator must ensure that appropriate equipment and supplies are always present in the room.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare and stock procedure rooms daily.
• Prep and drape patients in sterile fashion for in office procedures.
• Apply post procedure dressings and provide patient with follow up instructions.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and actions to ensure high quality and successful procedural outcomes.
• Demonstrate performance as a self-starter, anticipating the provider’s needs and requirements to have instruments and equipment handed to or placed for the physician properly for easy access per physicians’ instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Medical terminology and basic anatomy knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Medical field experience, particularly with sterile technique
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer software usage
• Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other based software.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm
