About us

GTD llc Cleaning and Environmental is a regional facilities maintenance, cleaning and environmental service provider supplying quality cleaning and sanitation service to clients in Greater Columbus area. We are looking for an experienced custodial / janitorial staff for 3rd shift position approximately 6-7 hours per night, five days per week. Weekend shifts available for those interested. There are a total of six open slots for qualified and reliable individuals. Successful candidates will be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of retail store locations. This includes, but not limited to:

• Standard / Routine janitorial services nightly
• Experience or awareness of OSHA standards
• Dusting, wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, c
• Floors/floor care, high dusting, baseboards and polishing stainless steel once per week
• Cleaning of bathrooms, commercial kitchen and front of house nightly

This position is for experienced individuals in the custodial / janitorial field. MUST have a minimum of 1-2 years experience performing janitorial services. The ideal candidate will have a commercial cleaning background or experience working in a commercial building, school facility and/or restaurant environment. Strong time and task management skills are needed along with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot routine maintenance issues.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable and consistent work performance
• Ability to sustain daily work of up to 6-7 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Transportation/ Ability to commute between 1-3 locations per shift
• No Felonies

COMPENSATION

• Weekly salary of $530
• Fuel / Gas Card for local travel
