Summary: Administers the accurate tracking and management of maintenance, operations, and engineering management systems. This position will be actively involved in day-to-day operations supporting Maintenance Management through the use of JD Edwards CMMS software and other computer-based systems. Search for, identify, and order parts needed for repairs. Accurately enter information into various systems in a timely manner. Ability to work rotating shifts, straight shifts (nights or days) and weekends as business needs require
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Opens and Closes Work Orders
- Inputs the craftsmen’s labor hours
- Prints W/O’s and pick tickets
- Orders non-inventory parts and tracks non-inventory items
- Coordinates Oil Sampling
- Manages Asset Management Systems – E1, Safety information systems, Asset Tracking, Inventory Management, Overtime Equity, Vacation Scheduling, Time Entry
- Communicates Operations Needs with Maintenance Foremen and Managers
- Prepares Daily Activity Reports
- Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Foremen and General Foremen
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Computer proficiency Microsoft Office word, excel and CMMS systems
- Maintenance experience in industrial or mining setting is preferred
