About the Role:

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and communications material and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers commission payments.
  • Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce marketing materials.
  • Review marketing material and act as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
  • Coordinate the preparation and production of client specific property packages.
  • Coordinate sophisticated meetings and conferences.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations.
  • Update and maintain various information databases.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
  • Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications.
  • Respond to common questions or complaints.
  • Present information to a large group of employees.

What You’ll Need:

  • Associates degree (A.A.) preferred.
  • 3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals
  • 2+ years in the Real Estate industry.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
  • Strong marketing knowledge desirable.

About the Job:

In this role you will deliver innovative, creative marketing projects in conjunction with performing crucial administrative functions for a team of highly successful sales professionals. You will need prior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign to prepare proposals, presentations and communication materials that will represent CBRE to existing and potential clientele.

What You'll Do

  • Upholds CBRE’s outstanding service within all sales administration areas that includes a wide level of complexity (i.e. project tracking, marketing initiatives, calendaring, distributing correspondence, reporting, meeting arrangements and minutes, schedule updates, etc.).
  • Interfaces as the marketing liaison with partners, clients, sales professionals, centralized marketing, analysis and research groups, etc. May coordinate with other department members the creation of press releases, client sponsored or professional events and social media feeds.
  • Creates and maintains CBRE brand in all company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include offering memorandums, demographic reports, Campaign Logic eblast, property flyers, maps, advertisements, brochures, postcards, placemats, proposals, tour books, floor plans and qualification packages.
  • Builds, maintains, and supervises standard listing and commission agreements; coordinates non-standard listing creation, requests and approvals with sales/client facing professional(s) and legal department(s).
  • Maintains databases such as Opportunities, CBRE360, LoopNet, Costar, The Well, Sales Force.com, etc. Coordinates and compiles market and property research to include: tax reports, aerials/maps, demographics, traffic counts, etc.
  • Coordinates the distribution of marketing information. Coordinates sophisticated on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. 3 years’ of demonstrated ability providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals.
  • Ability to resolve and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. 2 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred. Strong marketing knowledge needed.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
