Lab Manager - Clinical Setting

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology
Successful completion of the ASCP or AMT Board of Certification.
7 plus years of generalist hospital laboratory experience including but not limited to Blood Bank.
5 years of hospital lab management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Lab Manager, you will oversee laboratory testing and related documentation functions accurately and on time to provide information for the provision of patient care and supervise both routine and specialized test procedures requiring independent judgment, oversee the technical operations of a laboratory section or shift, oversee the quality control activities for the technical department(s), ensuring that these activities are complete, accurately documented, performed and reported according to policy
You will demonstrate knowledge and expertise in techniques and theory in section(s) and ensure the timely availability of laboratory results and resolution of problems
