BridgeWater at Janesville is a licensed Assisted Living facility.

We are currently running a $5,000 Hiring Bonus (Ask Manager for Details).

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor acts as a supervisor to the Assisted Living Aides and is responsible for evaluating the outcomes of their work, both individually and as a team. The role of the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is to oversee compliance, staff training, competency, monitoring and the day to day operations of the homes.

Responsible for the move in/admission process, assessments, service plans, care conferences, staff training and other related duties.

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Coaches, directs and monitors the quality of care and quality of life of the Elder's living in the BridgeWater homes.
• Acts as a supervisor to the Assisted Living Aides and is responsible for evaluating the outcomes of their work, both individually and as a team.
• Monitor regulatory compliance.
• Serves as a main point of contact for Elders, families, staff and visitors.
• Assists elders, as needed, with personal cares.
• Provide elders health related services and pass medications, as needed.
• Completion of initial assessments and ongoing assessments.
• On call.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Human resources experience preferred, but not required.
• Past Supervisory experience, a must.
• Read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Demonstrates effective time management skills and ability to multi task.
• Must be able to relate professionally with elders, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members.
• Previous experience working in senior care, preferred.
• Enjoy working with the older population, a must.
