Job Description:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)*.
- Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Duties:
- State and Federal laws and regulations, including Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations, Title 22 – Pharmaceutical Services, Title 15 – Pharmaceutical Management, and applicable federal regulations.
- Standards of The Joint Commission (TJC).
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations.
- Medicare & Medicaid Services Parts C&D Prevention of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse & Compliance training.
- Requirement of Managed care companies. 22CFR (OBRA).

Working hours: 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, Mon-Friday
