This office provides best in class care to adult and senior clients throughout the state of Rhode Island.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our clients and conduct in home assessments.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1+ year of experience as an RN.
• Leadership experience preferred (i.e. Charge Nurse, Floor Nurse, Clinical Manager).
• Ambition to lead and educate others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strategic, creative mindset.
• Strong time management skills.
