Community Reach Center (CRC) is an Integrated Health Care and Trauma Informed Care Community that serves a metropolitan area in Denver, CO.

We are seeking a Residential Clinician to join our Crestone or Mesa House team who is committed to enhancing lives every day. As a Residential Clinician, you will:

  • Provide case management, group counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, and other “clinical” interventions to residents and families as appropriate to the position.
  • Support clinician of records duties, including preparing treatment plans, discharge plans, follow-up care programs, and other required Center paperwork.
  • Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required.
  • In designated facilities, you may provide group, individual, and family substance abuse counseling as needed; complete substance abuse assessments as assigned.
  • Assist consumers with medication administration as directed by Colorado regulations, facility policies and procedures, and physician’s orders.
  • Monitor collection of urine drug screens and breathalyzers.
  • Coordinate care with consumer, families of consumers, center staff, or external facilities and agencies as appropriate to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in the review of clinical issues, including WRAP in accordance with program policies and procedures.
  • Monitor activities of daily living (personal care, food preparation, laundry, etc.) for clients and provides training as needed.
  • Work with consumers in the use of basic community resources, referral, linage, and advocacy; acts a liaison when needed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from a fully accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 6 to 12 months directly related experience, which may include internship and/or practicum.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record while employed with Community Reach Center’s Crisis Programs.
