The Branches of Marlboro, located in Marlboro, Massachusetts, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team our care team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods!! The Branches of Marlboro is a NEW assisted living and memory care community. We believe in the power of human connection to transform human lives. The Branches of Marlboro is conveniently located off of route 20, near I-290 and I-495.

We are looking for:

PART TIME 11pm - 7am

PART TIME Mondays, Fridays, and weekends 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm

In addition, we are offering a shift differential for anyone that works 2nd shift!

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
• Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
• Documenting observations of resident’s behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
• Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
